Talita is an experienced C-Suite executive, non-executive director, entrepreneur, author and international speaker with more than 22 years of corporate experience with global brands, including KPMG, Investec Bank, and BMW. As the former CFO and CHRO of BMW UK Ltd. and BMW Financial Services Ltd., she understands the financial language of business, strategy, and risk and the pressures facing finance professionals. She has the unique perspective and strengths of an analytical finance professional balanced with the inspirational leadership and people approach of a Human Resources director. She is passionate about helping to develop the generation of finance leaders, with a mindset that thrives in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. -
Sarah Baxter
Sarah Baxter is an experienced executive facilitator and strategy creation specialist. Over the course of her career she has gained considerable skills and qualification including; Executive Facilitator, NLP and MBTI Practitioner, Spectrum Therapist, Qualified Coach, Trainer and Training Design, and member of the British Psychological Society. Her career started in 1989 when she secured her first job for Natwest Bank in Portsmouth. She spent nine years working for the bank and her last role there was as a Regional Training Manager for the South East Region. This early introduction to the importance of self development started an extensive career in the worlds of HR, L&D and Organisational Development across multiple industries from Banking to Insurance to Telecommunications. Most recently, Sarah has been responsible for the Engagement of all Employees at BMW UK and plays a critical part in changing the companies culture with the creation and integration of a new Employee Brand ‘What Moves You”. She has been responsible for driving change in the business at all levels from the Executive Board to all employees through multiple change activities over the last 24 months.
